Hello there, and welcome to the Goblin's Caption Competiton of Fun and Moral Complexity. Each period of time when someone bothers to send in a little caption, we'll have some kind of competition thing,
and the winner's captions will be proudly displayed on this amazing website. But this isn't any ordinary caption competition. Oh no. This
is like the moral maze caption competition with Michael Burke or something.
This week's picture asks website viewers to contemplate evil. What is evil? Does evil exist? What happens when you juxtapose an
evil man from actual real life, with an evil half man half machine from a Hollywood film? Do we feel more or less repulsed by this juxtaposition?
What would the two evil men say to each other?
The rules are very simple. Just
mail in what you think these two characters would be saying to each other, and who knows... maybe you will be the lucky person whose caption gets printed.

Caption competition quote of the week:
"There exists among men, because they are men, a solidarity through which each shares responsibility for every injustice and every wrong committed
in the world, and especially for crimes that are committed in his presence or of which he cannot be ignorant. If I do not do
whatever I can to prevent them, I am an accomplice in them. If I have not risked my life in order to prevent the murder of other men, if I have stood silent, I feel guilty in a sense that
cannot in any adequate fashion be understood judicially, or politically, or morally...That I am still alive after such things have been
done weighs on me, as a guilt that cannot be expiated."
-Karl Jaspers
Lucky I'm not a men. Keep your nose clean, keep paying your taxes and send me your puerile captions. Yum. Puerile pictures for
future caption competitions also gratefully received.
